Listen for Its a me, Mario! at E3 wii u nintendo mario

Mario‘s soon to be back for more, as Nintendo has announced that they will be showcasing a new Mario game at E3 in June.

Nintendo confirmed the rumour to Eurogamer. The cult of Mario was getting excited after Shigeru Miyamoto told a Spanish newspaper in Paris that he ”anticipates that the next E3 will present a Super Mario for the new console.” He was in Paris in order to show off the new 3DS tour of the Louvre.

If you still didn’t believe it and need more evidence to be fully convinced, take note that Nintendo of America even bought the domain name SuperMario4.com.

So, big news for Nintendo fans. But why did Nintendo give away their show stopper?

I’d speculate that if they’re giving away this so easily they might have something much bigger to surprise us with. Either way, we’ll find out for sure in June.
