Today, Ubisoft released a new trailer detailing the new engine powering the much-anticipated, Assassin’s Creed 3. The new engine is called Anvil Next and it appears to be made of magic. The trailer talks a bit about the stunning A.I. feat involved in the massive battles players will encounter during the game as well as the physics of large-scale naval battles. It also claims to feature over 1000 new animations for the protagonist alone making him “the most detailed third-person action character ever created.”
