Brand spanking new footage of the eagerly anticipated Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes was recently shown at this year’s Eurogamer Expo 2012. Hideo Kojima himself took the stage and showed off new gameplay features, as well as revealing new info about this open world title. Amongst this information came news of a 24 hour day and night cycle within the game, the option to walk around and design your base (as well as design it on the go from your smart phone), and the ability to travel back to said base anytime by calling a helicopter. Helicopter travel will occur in real time and can come under risk of being shot down by enemy fire. Stay tuned over the coming months for more exciting information about this title.
No release date is currently set for Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes.
